Thank you for shopping with A Jesters Wish. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Returns

Outside the EU

There are no refunds or returns unless the item is defective.
If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us at ajesterswish@gmail.com.

Inside the EU

If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • The item must be returned in its original condition

  • All tags and original packaging must still be attached

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • The reason for the return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.


4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

If confirmed, we will provide either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund including shipping costs


5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Underwear

  • Socks

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

7. Klarna Payments & Order Documentation

Orders placed using Klarna or other pay-later payment services may be subject to additional verification and documentation.

To protect A Jesters Wish from payment fraud and chargeback abuse, all Klarna orders will be heavily documented. This may include collecting and storing:

  • Order timestamps and transaction records

  • Billing and shipping information

  • Delivery confirmation and tracking data

  • Order activity logs and communication records

This documentation may be used as evidence in the event of payment disputes, chargebacks, or fraud investigations involving Klarna, payment processors, or financial institutions.

By placing an order using Klarna, you acknowledge that your order may be recorded and documented for fraud prevention and dispute resolution purposes.
